 First Georgetown Ventures Inc. (FGVI) is an emerging real estate developer of pocket residential communities, retail developments, and hospitality projects. Established in 1994, George Yang, acclaimed founder and Chairman of Golden Arches Development Corp (McDonald’s Philippines), created FGVI with a purpose to uplift the lives of Filipinos. 

 FGVI launched its first real estate venture in Laurel, Batangas with Georgetown at Canyon Woods – an upscale resort community catering to families’ desire to invest in vacation homes. Mr. Yang was inspired by the magnificent views of Taal Lake and Volcano. Georgetown at Canyon Woods showcased an unobstructed view of the scenery with an American country home architecture, equipped with modern amenities and facilities.

In the past three decades, FGVI has grown its real estate portfolio, developing more primary and vacation homes and has also successfully expanded into the hospitality business.
